Transport Analysis and the Swedish Agency for Growth Policy Analysis have jointly analysed the ways in which accessibility affects economic competitiveness and regional growth potential from various perspectives.

The goal of the governmental commission has been to present proposed ways in which the follow-up of the national transport policy objectives could be enhanced, particularly in terms of higher geographical resolution in the current metrics and indicators.
